Our projects have improved the energy performance, comfort and productivity of the occupants and visitor experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The projects have involved work at the following facilities including services such as facility investigative analysis, engineering design and construction administration services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fleet Services Center<\/strong> &#8211; Electrical Service and Emergency Power Upgrades and Facility Load Analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fire Stations<\/strong> &#8211; Mechanical and Ventilation Upgrades<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Municipal Building<\/strong> &#8211; West Wing Chiller and Air Handling Unit Replacement, Temperature Zoning Upgrades, HVAC System Retro-commissioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>East Boulder Community Center<\/strong> &#8211; Building Pressure Study, Natatorium Dehumidification Units Replacement, $650,000 construction cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atrium Building <\/strong>\u2013 10,000 SF, M\/E\/P Investigative Study for Change of Building Use from Offices to become an assembly space for extension the Farmer\u2019s Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Installations City-Wide<\/strong>&#8211; Installation of charging stations at 10 locations throughout the city.
