The project was funded by a $14.2M bond issuance in 2017 and involves the modernization of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and lighting systems at Steamboat Springs Middle School.&nbsp; Energy performance features include daylighting\/vacancy controls, high efficiency hot water boilers, high performance LED lighting, air-cooled chiller, thermal\/visual\/acoustical comfort, automated shading and solatubes, direct digital control\/graphics diagnostics, heating cooling fan coil units&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our successful work on the middle school led to Bowman being selected as sole-source commissioning agent for the district\u2019s 2020 79.5M bond covering 6 schools.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bowman was selected as the sole-source district-wide commissioning agent.
