Bowman was selected as the sole-source district-wide commissioning and building performance agent. The project was partially funded by $13M BEST grant. High performance targets included 30-40% reduction in energy cost compared to ASHRAE 90.1\u20102010, Lighting Power Density (LPD) of 0.55 Watts\/SF, water savings of 35-45%, on-site renewable energy and LEED Gold. Bowman commissioned systems including mechanical, electrical, domestic water, lighting controls, renewable energy systems and monitoring systems, and provided building envelope testing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
