The tenant space is located within the new trophy building developed by JBGS located at 4747 Bethesda Avenue. The project includes a large town hall and conference center with connecting stairs, mezzanine overlook and a mix of open and closed office space. The town hall area is an extension of the 4747 building into the adjacent redeveloped building located at 4739.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HVAC system is a combination of the base building DOAS system provided for the spaces within 4747 and a new DOAS system for the expansion into 4739. The fit up includes new FPIU\u2019s in the office spaces, new DOAS and chilled water distribution within 4739 expansion. Electric power is provided from the 4747 projects for the fit within the building and the town hall extension locate din 4739.
