Bowman conducted confidential discussions with the zoning department, confidential pre-application meetings with the review team to expedite the process, preparation of preliminary plans for review and early construction cost estimates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cloud Center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This 2-story cloud center includes ring road, parking, stormwater management and utility extensions.
