Case Study: Sams Club, Frederick, Maryland<\/strong><\/p>\n Project involved the design of a proposed expansion to an existing building footprint by approximately 22,000 sq. ft. for a total proposed building area of 135,586 sq. ft. The existing parking lot layout was also modified to accommodate a proposed gas station consisting of six multi-dispenser islands with overhead canopy, three fuel underground storage tanks (USTs), and an associated gas station kiosk. These improvements will be constructed in different phases, and the daily operations of the existing store will not be interrupted.
