Additionally, the project was designed to naturally blend into the existing environment of restaurants and retail stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope included a preliminary site plan showing the proposed building, parking, buffers, access driveway and other items required for client review, and prepared the required preliminary site plan applications and calculations for the site plan submittal.
