The hotel was built on the site of the former Louisville Water Co., and was designed to blend the charm of the city and modern luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team worked hand-in-hand with owners, design team and Metro Government to provide construction administration\/observation, construction staking, planning\/zoning, landscape architecture, site\/civil engineering and survey\/topographic mapping services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project received LEED Silver certification and used additional green initiatives including subsurface detention &amp; infiltration trenches.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 30-story mixed-use development in downtown Louisville consist of 612 hotel suites and 225 luxury apartment units.
