Baptist Health Medical Office Building is a new five-story 120,000 sq. ft. facility acting as a primary care hub with physician practices, ambulatory surgery center, urgent care, physical and occupational therapy, imaging, lab and retail pharmacy.<\/p>\n

Bowman’s Louisville team is working in conjunction with owner, developer and client to provide survey, site design, layout, planning approval , civil engineering and construction staking services. The project requires close coordination with the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) for private sewer connections and sink-hole investigations for drainage outlet, and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for intersection improvements at entrance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
